Past Life Regression

This 1:1 session centers around past lives, specifically past lives that effect you in your current life and possibly cause misalignment on many levels and layers. The idea is to return to prior life spans in search of information that can improve your life today, and returning you safely from this inner journey. 

Past Life Regression is a gentle way to connect back in time to a previous live or incarnation, and allows you to access certain memories that are hidden in your subconsciousness. I will guide through a state of deep relaxation where it becomes easier for you to connect with different aspects of your past.

Will I remember parts of this session?
→ Absolutely and yes, you will remember everything as I guide you through the journey. You will be fully aware throughout the entire process, just in a deeply relaxed state.

Do I need anything special for this session?
→ Please ensure you will be completely undisturbed for the duration of the session (1.5 hours), no cell phone, and no other interference, and for your own comfort wear loose clothing so you can relax fully. Make sure you have comfortable recliner, couch, or bed, as you will be lying down during this session.

Am I guaranteed find out who I was in a past life?
→ There is no guarantee for firm images. Don’t be disappointed when you don’t «see» anything. In my experience, it is more important and more meaningful when the connection is made with your feelings, or emotions around a specific life, instead of having a clear image of how you looked and who you were at the time.

Can you tell me who I was in a past life?
→ Only you have access to your subconsciousness, however, I will gently guide you and create the climate for you to remember. I will not ask you any leading questions, but instead allow space for you and your process to unfold.
