Welcome to my pages and I am delighted you found me. I am an Intuitive and Holistic Healing Practitioner.

Raised in Munich, Germany, my life’s journey took me to London UK, where I studied Counseling, and then back to Germany and then to Spain, studying Psychotherapy and Active Imagination (developed by C.G. Jung). It became clear to me very early on, there’s more to the human brain and merely human behavior. Moving towards metaphysics, energy healing and studying various holistic modalities (breath work, guided visualization, guided meditation) was a natural progression. I am Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Ryoho), Spiritual Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Group & Dynamics Facilitator, Certified Soul Realignment® Practitioner, and Akashic Record Reader.

I have over 15 years experience working with clients individually and groups, and have a background as an ICU and hospice RN.

My group work experience includes Inner Child Workshops, Encounter Groups, Women’s Shamanic Groups, Meditation Groups, Chakra, and Energy Workshops.

I have been living with my family in Florida for many years, enjoy nature, meditation, martial arts, cooking & baking, and hiking. I am passionate about the continuous search for a deeper understanding and embodiment of true love, and compassion. And while being here in this Earth experience, embracing a good sense of humor with lots of laughter.
